Installed Dry-In Package
This option includes complete installation of all the Dry-in materials that are included in the Basic Dry-in Package. This option takes your home from the foundation to the roof system complete with or without finish roofing. The interior of the house will be ready for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing to be roughed in. The exterior of the house will be complete with siding and trims.
Note: We highly recommend that you have us include the exterior stain work in order to ensure the protection of your exterior and to ensure a professional quality finish.
