Basic Dry-In Package
This option includes all the necessary materials to install the main frame structure on your existing foundation. The only labor provided by us is the installation of the exterior log walls.
The items that are included in this package are as follows:
- All of the necessary framing materials including floor, wall and roof systems
- Premium air-dried logs and timbers
- All exterior sidings and trims
- Exterior doors and windows
- All of the necessary lumber, timbers, or log railings for porches and decks
- Professional labor to install your log wall system
- Basic consultation for you or your contractor during log wall installation
